سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

في Zahaby Store نضمن لك أن كل منتجاتنا أصلية 100%. لأن العطور منتج شخصي، تنطبق الشروط التالية على الاسترجاع:

متى يمكن الاسترجاع؟

يُقبل الاسترجاع فقط في لحظة الاستلام وأثناء وجود مندوب الشحن. بعد مغادرة المندوب لا يمكن إرجاع المنتج.
يجب فحص الطلب أمام المندوب والتأكد من المنتجات قبل استلامها.

شروط الاسترجاع

يجب أن يكون العطر في حالته الأصلية، مغلقًا وغير مفتوح وغير مستخدم، مع العبوة والتغليف الأصلي.
أي عطر تم فتحه أو استخدامه أو العبث بغلافه لا يمكن استرجاعه أو استبداله نهائيًا، وذلك لأسباب صحية.
في حالة الاسترجاع يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن والتوصيل.

المنتج غير الأصلي أو التالف أو الخاطئ

إذا ثبت أن المنتج غير أصلي، نرد لك كامل المبلغ (ضمان استرداد الأموال).
إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن طلبك، تواصل معنا فورًا عند الاستلام وسنقوم بالاستبدال أو رد المبلغ دون أي تكلفة إضافية عليك.

رد المبلغ

يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية أو عبر تحويل، خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع والتأكد من حالته.

At Zahaby Store we guarantee that all our products are 100% original. Because perfumes are personal products, the following conditions apply to returns:

When can you return?

Returns are accepted only at the moment of delivery, while the courier is present. Once the courier leaves, the product cannot be returned.
Please inspect your order in front of the courier before accepting it.

Return conditions

The perfume must be in its original condition: sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Any perfume that has been opened, used, or had its packaging tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
In case of a return, the customer bears the shipping and delivery cost.

Non-original, damaged, or wrong items

If a product is proven not to be original, we refund the full amount (money-back guarantee).
If your product arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately upon delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or by transfer within 3 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
